| While ordering products from HomesteadHardware.com,
customers must submit certain contact and financial information in order to
complete an order. HomesteadHardware.com will not share, rent, sell or
otherwise disclose any of this personal or financial information to any
other organizations or outside parties for any reason. This information is
used for the sole purpose of order fulfillment and customer service. When
customers are prompted to enter sensitive contact and/or financial
information, they are automatically redirected to a secure server with SSL
encryption. Any and all of this information is transferred and received
securely. |

| Security Policy |
| HomesteadHardware.com uses 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)
encryption to make any and all order transactions on our website safe and
secure. Whenever a customer is prompted to enter sensitive personal and/or
financial information, they are automatically redirected to the secure

Shipping |
| Shipping is FREE for any order with a total of
$75.00 or more, and products will be shipped via UPS Ground. All orders less than $75.00 will be charged actual
UPS shipping costs and will incur a $10.00 handling fee (the handling fee is
also waived for orders of $75.00 or more). All Emtek products are custom
assembled and take 5-7 business
days to ship. All expedited shipping times (i.e. 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air)
take place after the 5-7 day assembly period. Due to their customizable nature, all
orders of Emtek products cannot be cancelled. This makes it a very important
issue that you double-check your orders to make sure your items are exactly
what you need, and that all options selected are compatible with your doors. |

Price Guarantee |
| We aim to give you the lowest door hardware
prices on or off the web. If you find a product priced lower than ours, tell
us - we will beat it! Just send
us an e-mail giving us the information of where you found the lower price.
We will let you know what our adjusted price is for the requested product(s). |

| Return
Policy |
| Please inspect your
order immediately upon receipt. We will only accept returns or
exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. It is the responsibility of
the customer to make sure that every item identified in the original
purchase order was received and was correctly assembled in accordance with
the specifications given by the customer. Customers must also check all
items for any shipping damages and/or product defects. Any and all
necessary product returns, exchanges, or other corrections must be made by
the customer within
the designated time period as defined above. In
order to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps: |

1.) You must first obtain an RGA# (Return Goods
Authorization number) from us. Please submit a request for an RGA number to
john@homesteadhardware.com.
We cannot accept any returns without an RGA number. NOTE: RGA
numbers expire 10 days after the date issued. If the customer does not ship
all items specified in their RGA before the expiration of the RGA number,
the customer must request a new RGA number. All requests for RGA numbers
must be made within the 30-day return period. |

2.) Return the products to us in their original packaging
with all parts, manuals, etc. in resalable condition. Write the RGA number
somewhere on the outside of the box(es). Once we receive your returned goods
and determine that they have not been installed or used in any way, we will
give you the proper credit or exchange for replacements. |

- Products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or not in
accordance with the original specifications set by the customer at the
time of purchase
can be returned for full refund or exchanged for a product of equal or
lesser value at no cost to the customer.
NOTE: For returns of this type, customers will receive a return
shipping label and an RGA number to make the return. Both the return
label and the RGA number expire 10 days after the date issued. If the
customer does not make the return before either of these two items
expire, the customer will be required to obtain a new RGA number within
the 30-day return period and the customer will be responsible for any
shipping costs thereafter.
- All other returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, and the
customer is responsible for any necessary shipping costs to make the
return. Once products are returned, the customer will be properly
reimbursed.
- All returned goods are inspected at our shop. If we determine that
they have been installed or used in any way, the customer will not be given credit.
- If products are damaged from shipping, please notify us immediately
so that we may send out replacements as soon as possible. The customer
will be required to return the damaged items before the assembly of
replacement items can begin. The customer will receive a return shipping label
and an RGA number to use for shipping back the damaged goods. The return
label and RGA number follow the same expiration rules as defined above.

Typographical Errors |
| We make every effort to keep our prices listed
correctly and accurately. In the event of a typographical error or prices
listed in error, we assume no responsibility and maintain the right to
cancel or refuse any orders with incorrect pricing. |

| Colors |
| Please make note that due to variances and
limitations in computer displays, actual product colors and/or finishes may
not exactly match that which is shown on your screen. |

| Acceptance
of Terms of Use |
